When I heard about the finger, I took my kids to Wendy's as a mild of in-your-face reactionism. I ahve always loved KFC coleslaw, aven when I worked for a competitor in prep school. The more PETA gives KFC a hard time, the more often I hit a KFC. I'd say ift's it's good advertising ofr KFC.
The fact that I used to race BMX for pepsi in the 80's and became a stockholder for the once owner of KFC doesn't weigh too heavily. OK, well, maybe because I am also YUM! brands stockholder (WTF, I life growth and cash!) might also have sonething to do with it.
Have you ever tried the fried okra at Church's? Man, that is some road food. Pull up to the drive through and order a family size okra and a large Coke. You'll eat it until you get sick.
The reason for the family size is so they have to drop a fresh batch in the fryer.
It's soooo good they have named an island after this combination in North Carolina...Okracoke Island.
Okra and Coke is all I want from Church's.
