Well maybe if you'd ante up and send your kid to a private school, they wouldn't be "indoctrinated".

Are you suggesting that people that don't send their children to private schools are being CHEAP?

"This 11th grader has more common sense than 80% of the readership of the AJC."
Well, she certainly doesn't get the common sense from her mother! After all, 2,000 + Americans killed so far in this war plus, let's say, that many additional allied forces plus, let's say, 50,000 Iraqi. Total, about 54,000, admittedly a guess.
Now, let's contrast that with how many Iraqis would have died under Hussein in the same time frame - more, very painfully.
The mother is a left wing stooge as is Luckovich. The young lady has a great future if her mother doesn't screw it up.

Now, let's contrast that with how many Iraqis would have died under Hussein in the same time frame - more, very painfully. Probably. But that's not the way I would have done the math. Even if the Hitlers and Husseins of the world had enslaved people without killing a soul, it still would have been worth it to fight them. It's about freedom. Life is free will and when you take away freedom, you are taking away life.

Something about all freepers follow the party line and support the Iraq War. The student who did the Freedom sign came on and was making comments about the different things that people said. Some sounded like the posters at DU. One said if she supported the war so much, why didn't she join the army and fight. She said she had thought about it but had a medical problem. I think she was the one who said that. I was trying to read as fast as I could to read as many as I could. I thought it was odd that freepers were brought into the postings.

I'm a little tired of the anti-war people implying that only they care about the loss of life. How do they think America became America? Freedom costs dear and is not exclusive to Americans. Our freedom is enhanced by every nation that turns from tyranny to liberty.

I am impressed with this young lady's idea as well as her ability to put the time in to put it into actions. She has defended her idea with both grace and eloquence (the freedom to disagree). She has also pointed out that she researched that the US has not yet received oil from Iraq, when another poster said the answer to "why" was oil.

I went back and found the quote. The post was by someone in reply to someone who posted, "Freedom is the freedom to ask why". The answer was, "I'd just like to ask all of our freeper friends out there why is it the President of the United States of America is almost completely and willfully, ignorant of this fact". I found it odd that he brought posters from this site into a forum like that one is.

It's really strange how the 17 year-old Danielle Ansley and the 16 year-old Farris Hassan "get it" while people who are supposed to be adults don't. Danielle and Farris are real Americans. We need more like them.

Probably a disgruntled DUmmie. They have nothing to say for themselves so they just attack everyone else.

mike doesn't know how to use his Shift key so is it a surprise an 11th grader would "get" what he so clearly does not?

"Yeah. Only takes a second or two before the crackpots show up with their "OIL N' SUVs" stuff. Lame."
Keep reading, Danielle does a really great slapdown on that, too. This girl has guts and brains both. If she needs a date, I know where she can find quite a few guys who would be interested: the nearest military base.

I was suprised and happy to see that. She hung with her art and was ready for them. Those losers really came off looking stupid and creepy.
LOL I don't think she'll have to worry about getting a date, either.
Those DUmmies on the AJC thread, however, probably havent had one in years.
