I always thought if you were banned, posts would not go through. I think someone has made a mistake. I know another long time FReeper got banned by mistake.
Maybe this IS a mistake..because I, too, have tried to post to a "banned" poster, and was not able to..

My cousin was banned as well. He's such a nice guy! One night he finally registered and he posted a wisecrack with my brother and I. I guess one of the mods thought he was insulting us and banned him.
I raised a fuss and got him reinstated but he's never wanted to come back to FR. :(
