I really hope you enjoy it. The dumplings are light and fluffy and soak up some of the pork and sauerkraut flavor. Truly delicious.

Kimchi is actually easier to just buy in a jar at the supermarket and it's pretty good, too. Great with yellow rice.

I got my daughters started on Kimchi (supposed to lower cholesterol) and the one that lives close makes it for me.

We haven't tried the store bought but the stuff she makes is so good. I'll have to try it with yellow rice.
