I would have to use beef or pork...I am not real fond of venison...but, it does sound good.

What do you serve with it??
You can make some onion rings and mushrooms using the same ingredients when you cook it up.
Its kinda a finger food, but it makes a great meal if you add variety and make plenty.
Would be a good choice for a super bowl party.
