Thanks so much! On Sunday, I'm gonna be doing my whipped cream cheese on sesame water crackers topped with salmon eggs and a curl of cucumber.

There is something so good about popping those little eggs in your mouth...and they look pretty, too...like little golden jewels!

Haven't tried that one, but then again I am usually trying to pair my hors' with a bottle of wine. I let me wife make anything that is related to the main course. I try to think of my appetizers, etc. and a bottle of wine as a meal unto themselves. :o)
