I'm a lawyer, and posted on this matter, and I agree with Mr. Walsh's legal analysis of the subject case. The judge gilded the lily in penning his decision, and overstepped, and the ultimate product thereof may well be one that judge will not like.

You may not agree with Mr. Walsh, but his word is good.
