The best thing would have been obtaining some warrants for raids and catching some staffers off guard (or already home for New Years).

It will be interesting to see if the MSM will have the same supportive zeal for this leak case as they do for the Plame leak case...probably not but it will be fun to watch them twist themselves in knots of hypocrisy.
