Wrong. The NY Times is in BIG trouble over this. Their reporters are on their way to jail if they refuse to give up their sources.

For how long? The Susan McDougal serving time...4-6 months...THAT'S laughable!! This crime should deal out 20 to 30 years in prison..I guarantee you they'll start singing like canaries!!

That's a different issue than their disclosure of classified information, for which the Slimes has no legal exposure whatsoever.

Note also that if they give up their sources, they're in the clear. Not giving up sources would be contempt of court at best (e.g., Miller).
