The NY Times should also be prosecuted for intentially wiping out more than $3 billion in shareholder and pensioner stock value in the past 2 years. Karl Marx would be proud of the NY Times "management".

Did you see the one pundit? The only talking points out are: this is a distraction. This is a distraction for the President, for Republicans 2006 elections. And why did they announce it on a Friday before a holiday weekend. That guy seriously looked idiotic.
