One other thing, the OIG is currently putting together an audit of the NFRTR... this is a line by line audit that will bring out every single error in the estimated 2.4 million registrations in the system.

I am on broadband and it took less than a minute.
It is a PDF file and I cannot cut and paste from it and the smallest file I can condense it to is 17 MB.
I guess those on dial up are on their own as far as my abilities go.
