A while back, Rep. Jim Gibbons requested the Congressional Research Staff to put together a memo concerning the NFRTR (NFA database) and reported abuses, missing information, etc.
The CRS compiled the memo and Jim Gibbons has released it. Here is a link to the PDF file. http://www.nfaoa.org/documents/CRSmemoNFRTR0001.pdf
This document shows coverups, deliberate illegal changes to the NFRTR database and brings to light the questionable practices of the BATF. Due to the nature of the abuses and the consequenses of the actions of the BATF, I feel that this document shows grounds for a repeal of the 1986 machine gun ban as well as the 1934 NFA.
I encourage all of you to read the document in depth and if you agree, contact your Congressional Representatives and Senators and urge them to support repeal of the above two laws.
This document is quite concerning and I believe that every NFA related conviction is in question now and should be reheard in the court of law.

I have hosted your file at the address below. Feel free to give it out and if you desire take your copy off line. It is 5.6 meg.

That account only has 10MB of disk space, so it was a bit crowded there for a while.
No worries as it is an important document.
The account where I am storing it has 3000 MB of storage and 80 GB of bandwith.
Spread it as you see fit!
F-Troop once again exposed as the buffoons that they are.
"Unintended Consequences" bump.
