It happened back in 1999. Two coordinated car bombs went off prematurely because of a daylight savings time mixup between the guys who set the bomb and the drivers. Nobody was hurt except for the drivers. Gotta love it.
I was going to post "spring forward, fall backward" but then didn't. Interesting that it was a daylight savings mix up.
