I wonder if the large wharf rats that inhabited the tree limbs above the courtyard dining tables at the famous
Court of Two Sisters restaurant made it through the hurricane? Tasty food at this restaurant if you can get by a large rat staring down at you from above your table. Along with the stench of heavy mildew (even in dry times), the restaurant rats are simply part of the uniqueness of dining in the French Quarter.
