It appears you are suggesting Lamarckian evolution which has been ruled out. If I am misunderstanding your post, could you direct me to some documentation where predation caused inheritable changes?

It has not been ruled out. In fact, it is gaining ground nearly every day. For an example of Lamarckian evolution, see:
