It was a Liberal Love-In.
Actually, that's exactly what it was.
Frankly, the pundits from both sides usually get the outcome wrong, it's just whether their predictions side with a conservative or liberal nature.
Says who?
To somebody 60 years old they're not.
I don't even bother to watch Russert anymore. They've all become so transparant that you can't take it, even for amusement.
I've noticed that "Katrina" is a major "talking point" since the rats have nothing else. They won't shut up about it, it's an ongoing litany into nothing, as far as I can tell. What in hell do the rats EXPECT Americans to DO about it? We have already donated, opened our shelters, hotels, homes etc. It's done, over with...the Katrina evacuees have moved on and are making their way into the future. The rats go on and on as if we are supposed to stop the entire country and feed NOLA for the rest of its life. Koppel and Brokejaw are just feeding the frenzy of the few rats who watch that show.
The American people will only tolerate so much of it but commie news covers it constantly as if it's the only story out there. There were TWO MAJOR HURRICANES after Katrina and not a shred of reporting done on them or the tens of thousands who were affected by their wrath.
Let's list what the rats have for 08 and 08:
1) They really REALLY hate George Bush
2) Karl Rove is STILL under investigation
3) Katrina Katrina Katrina yawning Katrina
I'm not buying that the rats have a chance in ANY election anytime soon. They are too disorganized and hate-filled.
They can't spend one hour together and not repeat lies like this whopper?
It should not surprise us then, that even the purveyors of these lies should require a little affirmation from time to time, from EACH OTHER, in order to sustain the lies they must believe.
He got that right. Mayor Bling Bling and the rest of the 'Rats running that place are corrupt, negligent and irresponsible. Those clowns cost lives and property damage. No gray area at all.
These MSM clowns used to give me a real bad headache. The pain has now moved further South, and is more appropriately called a "pain in the a**!" Listening to them has the same effect as taking an overdose of ExLax, and it makes one sick to one's stomach. They are has-beens, never-were's, and never-will-be's as far as I'm concerned, and the MSM is starting to realize that we in the pubic are a hell of a lot smarter than they give us credit for. Long live the honesty of the internet!! Long live the truth of FR!!
..pssssst..the buses, you didn't use the buses. You didn't use federal guidelines for evacuation, you didn't even use your own guidelines for evacuation, your lying now, just as you lied then...oh...I guess Brokaw forgot that part

A good read is Bernie Goldberg's first book 'Bias' (I haven't read his second). It explains just how out of touch these people are; they truly believe they're mainstream. The evening news is targeted at urban liberals and the media has decided that either no on else counts or there is no one else.
so true, and funny.
I'll never forget the 1964 Republican Convention when some speaker made a comment about the Networks and most of the delegates turned around, looked up at the deities in the glass enclosed booths and booed. It was electrifying!
Way to go Jonah!
You all should find this thread intresting
"there were no gray areas in Katrina"
"for portraying the federal government as 100 percent wrong"
I'm so sick of hearing this. We have tornadoes in our area not hurricanes. We don't get a three day notice that we are about to be hit, we might get ten minutes to an hour to GET OUT, not three days. NO ONE has to tell us to seek shelter especially not the President of the United States, the governor or the mayor. We actually have sense enough to do it ourselves.
We have had people's families completely wiped out. NO ONE held concerts, no one but the local community (which was expected) helped them. We don't expect the Federal government to be our nanny. We learned to take care of ourselves and to know what to do in case of a tornado. I don't understand why people who live in a hurricane area don't do the same.
If I (in Arkansas) knew there was a chance of a category four hurricane about to hit New Orleans by listening to the news then anyone living in New Orleans should have known too. They were told to take, at least, a three day supply of water, food, clothes, medicine, etc. and to GET OUT, find shelter. Instead, they were roaming the streets like nothing was about to happen. Now, someone else is suppose to take the blame?!!!
Tony snow was all over this. He called it Brokeback Mountain. (who cares if I spelled it wrong)
