Cal Thomas wrote this? Dare I say it: the tide has turned? Dover may well turn out to be be ID's Waterloo.

I've always known that Cal Thomas was much smarter than O'Reilley.

I think Cal Thomas says what he thinks. While O'Reilly is a philosophical whore, and will take any position he thinks will bring ratings, or bring him hot interviews. I like to watch O'Reilly, his bloviating is funny, but I wouldn't take him seriously.

IF I didn't know better, I'd say you were damning Thomas with faint praise.... after all, even a bag of hammers is smarter than O'Reilley.

Just one of many reasons why ID doesn't belong in a science classroom, as elucidated in the Dover decision:

On cross-examination, Professor Behe admitted that: "There are no peer reviewed articles by anyone advocating for intelligent design supported by pertinent experiments or calculations which provide detailed rigorous accounts of how intelligent design of any biological system occurred." (22:22-23 (Behe)).

That's zero, nada, none, folks. Stick a fork into ID, it's done.
