Yup, that's how you get Chairmanships and run the agenda.
If someone votes with you more than 50% of the time, then he is not a RINO.
Now if we could dump Frist as leader and get Lott back in we would push a more "right" looking agenda.

Frist is no ball of fire, but Trent is wuss if there ever was one. I have never liked him, when he was a Dem or when he changed to Republican.
