Bush was a moron to sign that damned thing expecting SCOTUS would do his work for him. Ugh. He's done a number of STUPID things: pushing illegal's amnesty, McCain-Feingold, run away pork spending, always caving on "veto" threats... the man is an embarrassment!

To me he's a strange combination of Nixon, LBJ and at times... Reagan. He's better on foreign policy than domestic like Nixon. He's a wild spender like LBJ and yet a persistent and determined soul like Reagan, even better than Reagan when under intense pressure!

I generally agree with you, but only think he's an embarrassment on some domestic issues. Of course those are generally the most important ones unless your enemies are the USSR, China, or militant muslim murderers!!!
