Those are all valid concerns..but right now the doctors, hospitals and coroners can already make money and already have all the motives you describe. We are only talking about paying the donor who would not have any motive to be declared dead early.

My response to the topic was "Not a chance" do I believe anyone should donate organs let alone be paid for them. It is Frankenstein medicine. Ever wonder why a Dr's business is referred to as a "practice"?
