It really is a pity - I've heard the people are wonderful and the scenery is superb. It is a shame that the politicians and elites they serve have made the place unliveable.
I would love to visit sometime, just to see it as it should be - in the snow, by the bay...
I hope you do get to Massachusetts sometime---it is very pretty.
You can do all six NE states in one very short trip since we are all so close together.
