This article is confusing. I don't understand how much more clear this sentence can be:
"On April 22, 2004, Tillman was killed while on patrol in Afghanistan by three American bullets to the head."
He died in Afghanistan.

This article is confusing. The media reports even more so. I didn't know Tillman was first sent to Iraq. Then he was sent to Afghanistan where he was killed.
