It's not too difficult to remember, and it gives you very good accuracy, even on a calculator without a pi key.

It's an infinite decimal, I think some fellow got to 8 million decimal places (or is that 8 billion?), and could still go further!!

That's easy to remember: a 3 at the end points and a couple of 5s and 1s in the middle. All one has to rember basically is a 3 a 5 and a 1. It's also precise to 5 decimal points.
