You sort of have to trust your mind, even though you know you can't. Still, it's all you have and you're stuck with it. All your other tools for understanding your world have to go through and register in your mind.
Your mind is no more and no less finite and untrustworthy regardless of its origin. It is what it is. I can live with the idea that my individual mind was not designed by an anthropomorphic sentient designer, much less an all-powerful one. It has trouble remembering where the car keys are.
