You're still not very clear on what you mean by decent.
You are still missing the point. The people that are moving into the new, expensive areas aren't typically being paid "Idaho" wages. The are employed by out of state employers. It's the new paradigm and happens quite often here. High speed internet let's people live where they want. I'm a good example. I don't make "Idaho" wages, but I don't work for an Idaho company either.

No you are missing the point. I was just in Boise in July. Even the cookie cutter, older track homes are going for over 325k. You tell me how people in Boise making $14. an hour can afford that?
