Probably more conjecture than anything. I don't specifically know of porno cave drawings. But there are lots of examples of naughty figurines from ancient civilizations.
The interest in sex and depicting it goes back thousands of years.
Vint Cerf (one of the founders of the internet) was on C-Span yesterday. He said that the first industry to exploit technology is the porn industry. He went on to discuss how porn has been closely connected to most major I/C (information communication) revolutions in the last 50 years.

So much for the theory that the Cold War and Space Race are responsible for the high tech revolution. I guess when Intel designed the first microprocessor, they were motivated by a desire for portable porn computers. Ditto for the Internet.
