To 1. and 3. I have to say a resounding NO. Both of your suggestions require that I abandon the principles and morality that define me. Thats not something I can do. Anyone who can doesn't have any any principles to begin with. Again, NO!

To 2. Is reasonable, but you'll NEVER get the left to stop its full on assault on the Judeo-Christian belief system. It stands in direct opposition to everything they stand for and believe. The left only gains power by weakening the moral foundation of their prey. Someone with hope for the afterlife is much less likely to be suckered in this one.

4. The most qualified person should get the job. Easy enough as long as the losing applicant doesn't have a chip on his/her shoulder.
