I believe it's Serkis Church in Tehran. It was finished in 1970, during the time of the Shah.

Another reason for Khomeni & his mad mullahs to hate him !

The dhimmi' ARE NOT supposed to be able to BUILD or REPAIR their places of worship after Allah has delivered them to the care of the beleivers! (Meaning the 'dhimmi' were conqueres!)
The Shah was trying to build a secular modern state ! Clumsily,at times stupidly with plenty of corruption and cruelty when compared to the West. However compare him to his fellow Middle Eastern secular rulers and he will appear quite differently.
