It think this might be in reference to 'intelligent design', "irreducible complexity", and "complex specified information". Obviously, the adventitious application of plausibility of a Weltanschauung of reality invokes a desideratum of theological presumptions.

Or, in simple language,
"It's a wet bird that flies by night."
