I think it's time for some high-powered lawyer to file an actual, honest to goodness class action suit against the New York Times, on behalf of 300 million Americans, for monetary damages - for deliberately endangering our safety and security.

Damages of ... what? 500 billion dollars. To start?

Maybe that would get the message across.

its not illegal for the media to publish these stories. its unethical and unpatriotic, but those terms define the american media, so why should they care.

you have to find the people leaking this stuff to them.

You have an idea that has been floating in my mind recently. I'm seriously considering, should a family member be killed or seriously injured in a terrorist attack in this country, a lawsuit against certain people & groups (the New York Slimes, the DNC, MoveOn.org, the AlQueda Civil Liberties Union, Michael Moore, CAIR, plus others who may be added) for damages because of their domestic insurgency against this country. I just want to put these people out of business.

This has to stop now. When will our leaders wake up and start going after these leakers and the people who willfully publish this cr@p and put their @$$es in jail for a long time. I was watching McLaughlin last night and all I heard was that old prune Eleanor Clift and that jerk Laurence O'Donnell going ga-ga over Patrick Fitzgerald and that stupid leak case. I'm so sick of hearing about Plame I could throw up! I could give a damn less about her and her blowhard husband. It seems these media types and the DNC are only concerned about protecting two big DNC donors like the Plame/Wilsons. What about protecting the rest of us? Excuse my venom, I've been holding this in and had to vent. My disgust for journalists (in addition to my two worthless Senators-Boxer & Franken-feinstein) has reached an all time high with this garbage.
