What we have here is the President utilising every means available to keep us safe from terrorists and the media and the democrats using every means available to stop the President.
They dont care how many die as long as they get their stinking story, IMO the people who leak this type of secret information ned to be executed, and that includes Journalists and politicians.
To: joseph20
The DOJ better be looking to prosecute and convict whoever is leaking this information. As for the reporters if Judith Miller can do 3 months for withholding testimony in a non crime I suggest they lock these guts up and lose the key for a few years.

All of this just makes my blood boil....what the hell is wrong with these people. Constantly trying to tear America apart at the seams with ignorant BS. I just heard Colin Powell blovating about why the administration just didn't get warrants...yada, yada. I don't know what he is PO'd about, but he knows better...he has seen war first hand...the ole boy is losing his mind. At times it almost makes me want to see those rag heads pop those liberal dumba$$es..maybe it takes a few thousand dead every couple of years laying in our streets for these fools and the congress to remember. Unfortunately, this time around it will probably be in the hundreds of thousands.

The MSM would report a nuclear detonation on pg 17 and probably a few days later!
Don't want to offend the moooselims!

...who declined to be named because the program is highly classified....But that certainly didn't prevent these idiots from plastering it all over the pages of their magazine.
It was a very serious mistake for Bush to confirm the NYT report. That's just opened up a feeding frenzy.

The real point of this story is that serious people are concerned about the nuke threat. It's real, and the MSM and left wing Democrap pools are playing politics while the terrorists are working to hit us again. I'm beginning to believe this time, we deserve a hit.

Just when will the government prosecute not only leakers, but the news media that reports on secret, national security issues? By law, just reporting on top secret issues can warrant up to 10 years in jail and hefty fines.
This kind of crap must stop or the enemy will have a distinct advantage.
To: Muzzle_em
Libia's Kadhafi had an atom bomb factory under construction and the plans and materials were conficated, plans from Pakistan and materials provided by Saddam's deep pockets.
The MSM made wide mention of that, didn't they? </sarc>

"I'm not so sure there are legal reasons for an office, mosque, or house to be emitting neutrons, gammas, or other radiation at much above background levels. Of course you're right, but you know the Democrats aren't going to see it that way.

They will continue so long as the administration keeps looking the other way. I'm involved in the oil patch with a great guy...good Christian....who is so good at times in off-set disputes he gets the short end of the stick. Same with our President....he needs to bust some nards....send a few of those traitors in the pokey for awhile. We are a nation of laws....let's use them.

Somehow the government is going to have to set some extreme examples of those traitorous to our country by a hostile media.
Jail time would be way to good for some of these rats.

Nuclear Monitoring of Muslims Done Without Search Warrants Dubyas concerns are above achieving a Nobel Peace Prize.
But then again, since all is well on the Western front, some have the time and ability to post such tripe.
Dark days we have achieved for sure as a nation....

Louie Freeh noted in his book that Little Dickie Clark's service amounted to "bad facts and no access".
Next thing you know he'll be working with Wesley Clark in Saddam's defense.

I agree with you, however, I was intending to get at a legal basis for excluding one type of search, and not another: if there is a legal way that someone's attic can be warm, then a thermal image showing this to be the case shouldn't be used for a no-knock warrant at somebody's house (even if they are growing pot). But if there's no legal way someone's house can be emitting a certain flux of gamma rays, but it is ...

He'll never make another stupid ruling Fur Shur.
