This is getting dumber by the moment. What case law prevents the bringing of any radiation detection devise anywhere.

The law requires that folks who possess such radiactive materials (of a specified minimum field strength) to have a permit to keep it, and that they agree to spot or continual monitoring.

Holding the material presumes you obtained a permit and agreed to the search, presuming, of course, that you OBEY THE LAW.

So, if you want to claim the search is "unreasonable", you must first demonstrate that you have a legal right to possess the material in question. The judge will then ask you to show him or her your permit.

I'm afraid this one just never does get to the question of whether or not a warrant is needed.

I also noticed that the federales who've said anything on this subject said that they entered at the open gate (a legal concept), like anyone else, and drove around monitoring the emissions ~ that is, sub-atomic particles piercing their own bodies at near speed-of light velocity~!

It's up to the mosque to keep that stuff indoors.
