Yup. Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

But in all fairness, there are very blue people even in red states. The difference is that in the red states, these people get ridden out of town on a rail clad in tar and feathers when they dare mess around with other people's children.

In the blue states, belief in Santa Claus is for adults rather than kids.
