Police seek adult-film actress on rape chargesBy Karl FischerCONTRA COSTA TIMESPolice say a woman who has performed in several X-rated films persuaded a 15-year-old De Anza High School student to run away from home, use hallucinogenic drugs and have sex with her last summer. "The victim's family came forward in part because they don't want this to happen to another kid," detective Sgt. Mitch Peixoto said. "Apparently, she hangs around at De Anza sometimes, and in general with a younger set." Police have issued a felony arrest warrant for 20-year-old Richmond resident Genevieve Elise Silva on suspicion of rape using a controlled substance, statutory rape and detaining or concealing a child.

Ahhhh...now its all better!
I don't think there are any more than ever. It may seem so since some of the pro-WOD don't post or have scaled back their freeping in the last year. Think about it, Cultural Jihad, Kevin Curry, Illbay, CWOJackson, VABThang4. Even though I opposed all those guys, I miss the days where there was more of a balance of opinons on the drug war.
Ver Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Perhaps she always wanted to be a teacher.

To some of the 300 residents of the tiny, rural southeast Oklahoma town of Roosevelt, the young woman and her boyfriend who recently moved from California into a vacant school on Main Street seemed like typical teenagers in love. So some were shocked to learn Wednesday that the former Richmond resident, Genevieve Elise Silva, 20, was a porn actress and that her 15-year-old boyfriend was a runaway. Accor- ding to police, the two were on a steady diet of methamphetamine, ecstasy and marijuana. At 9 a.m. Wednesday, Silva was arrested at the old school, which her mother bought on eBay, and charged with raping someone under 18 by use of intoxicating substances, concealing a child from his legal guardian and transporting a minor with intent to engage in criminal activity. Richmond police are working on her extradition, which is expected to be resolved in a hearing Tuesday. Silva and the teen, who was reported missing in June by his family in El Sobrante, moved into the school with Silva's mother, Rhonda Silva. Rhonda Silva, who sports a "420" tattoo on her leg, bought the old high school at 420 Main St. earlier this year; she had started allowing local musicians to perform or rehearse in the auditorium, police said. While the Silvas looked different than most denizens of Roosevelt, a farming community, they were seen as friendly. Kiowa County Sheriff Buck Jones said his department had no previous run-ins with Silva. "There was one arrest at the school there back in September," Jones said in an easy, Oklahoma drawl. "We arrested an uncle of hers on drug possession charges." To some Roosevelt residents who had seen the fresh-faced Silva and her young boyfriend, there did not seem to be anything amiss. "They were different from everybody in this little, redneck town, but they never had any problems and were real nice," said Margaret Stutzman, the gravel-voiced owner of the Silver Ram, a bar about a block from the school. "I seen him and her together, and to me she didn't look as old as she is. They looked like typical young teenage kids in love," Stutzman said. The boy, who lived in El Sobrante and attended De Anza High School, was reported missing in June when he ran off with Silva. His name has not been released because he is a minor. At the time, Silva lived in Richmond, where she performed in amateur porn movies that were distributed on the Internet. Their illicit relationship began in June after the boy met Silva through her younger brother, police said. Police believe the two had a sexual relationship and that Silva provided an array of drugs to the boy. In October, Kiowa County sheriff's deputies picked up the youth after learning he was a runaway. He was enrolled in a drug treatment program and began telling his family about his relationship with Silva. As for Silva's mother being charged, Richmond police Lt. Mark Gagan said they do not have evidence that she was aware of the boy's age. "Common sense would dictate that there should have been concerns on the mother's part," Gagan said. The boy is still enrolled in a drug treatment program. Gagan said he lost almost 40 pounds from his drug addiction, but even worse, he lost his youth. "He's lost an innocence he won't get back. He's seen the seedy underbelly of life, and you can't unlearn that," Gagan said. Silva is in jail in lieu of $10,000 bail and has failed to sign an extradition waiver so she can be returned to California. She is expected in a Kiowa County courtroom Tuesday for an extradition hearing. The case has not been turned over to the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office for possible prosecution. |
That's what it says, folks. Perhaps the reporter had been into Genevieve Silva's stash?
There is an element of sadness about a kid's perspective on sex being so twisted at 15, but from what I remember about 15, my perspective on sex was so twisted that something like this would not affect it much. Not much of a "child" at age 15 when it comes to sex, I don't think.
It is funny, though. If it had been an older male who seduced him, I would advocate killing him, and it is not just b/c I think homosexuality morally aberrant. I am going to have to sort that out in my head.
