The incident apparently stemmed from a spilled liquid on Osteen's seat in the first class section of the airplane. A church spokesman said the spill was not cleaned up to Osteen's satisfaction,

Combine a spill on the seat and a steward or stewardess with attitude (I don't clean up no steenkin spill) and you have the ingredients for a media event. I'm on Victoria's side on this one, having encountered seriously rude behavior from airline employees myself. She didn't want to sit in or have her kid sit in a sticky puddle of pepsi...would you?

You put a folded airline blanket on the seat and shut up. It's not that big a deal. For you, I wish a seat on an airline where something like this happens and you get delayed for two hours. The woman behaved extraordinarily badly, or she would not have been removed from the plane.
