Canada has passed many questionable or downright stupid laws, but I suspect that there is more to this assertion than is being suggested by the source. Heck, even in Texas, being 16 was a valid defense against a charge of having sex with a 14 year old, if I recall correctly.
I tell the Canadians all the time to stay our of our business and now it is time for us to stay out of theirs.
i can't believe that we don't have something more important to talk about then the sex laws in Canada.
