What is this "wall" going to look like?

Where will it be? The border is a slight bit longer than 700 miles.

It's a start.

Some parts of the border are national/state parks that are so sparse that it would be very difficult to cross (days or weeks without food or water). In these areas, the border is actually the Rio Grande running fast and deep, so a vehicle couldn't cross, either. A fence probably isn't necessary in these locations.

US-Mexico Border is about 2100 miles long. First funding installment is for fence complexes to block all the easy-to-cross stretches and give the illegals the choice to cross in more isolated and desolate spots or stay home. Hopefully, they would choose the latter.

Congress will get to the rest of the border as needed in later fiscal years.

Big, nasty, and secure. Why?

Hmm...gee...I never thought of that. Guess a country that can build a Trans-Continental Railroad with 19th Century Technology, built a trans-continental highway system, the Panama canal, and puts satellites into space couldn't POSSIBLY build a friggin wall on it's border!

Wow.
