I don't want them to have to live under constant scrutiny. Why would they live under constant scrutiny? Are they doing something they shouldn't?

FNC reporter said he was upset and then showed Byrd saying he loved him as a collegue blah blah blah. I couldn't figure out what they were talking about while I was wrapping gifts. Was he personally attacked do you think? That was a clip from earlier this afternoon and it was about ANWR
I was talking about just now ..
Stevens was stabed in the back pretty bad .. called a liar, among other things .. the dems wanted to bring him up on ethic charges (but dropped them)
He came really close to quitting the Senate tonight and he was choking up at the end
He ended by Saying .. I bid good bye to the Senate tonight

What are you going on about, exactly?I don't want to give up any more freedom; mine, yours, or anyone else's.

Sorry, I have young adult children and a grandchild on the way. I don't want them to have to live under constant scrutiny. Don't use a government supplied PO box.

If it has been good for 4 years and needed and extended for 6 more months, then why wouldn't it be good law until the war on terror is over? Fine by me. It should be renewed once a year. It should never be made permanent. Laws that are made permanent are rarely (never) overturned.

There have been multiple instances posted where this Act has been misused already. You better tell Diane Feinstein. She had the Congressional Research Service do some extensive study, and could not find one single instance in which the Patriot Act had violated anyone's rights.

All this whining about renting a box when our troops are putting their lives in danger every minute of every day.
Families without their loved ones for the holidays, some who will never ever see their oved one again.......and we have this insane whining over the inconvenience of renting a box.

No one does. So far you haven't named one freedom you've lost. Because you cannot.

But you would rather have your government employees making it difficult to leave your front porch. The government is stopping you from leaving your front porch??

Why wait till the last minute and be held hostage by the dummycrats and traitor RINOS?
Because the Senate under Frist's leadership was too busy having hearings on steroids in baseball and other such nonsense.
