You seem to think that the US Marshals are a daycare service. They'd find out how many soldiers are stationed at the brig, then pull four times as many agents and state and local police into the area to stage a massive invasion. You'd end up with hundreds, if not thousands of dead US soldiers, US Marshals, and good, loyal police officers.

That ain't my cup of tea, thank you.
