Of course what's funny is this same crowd loves Georgia that still honors Stalin with numerous statues and a museum. Which by the way, having been there when passing through Gori on the way to the ancient mountain side ruins (I can't remember the name of the city but its something like 4,000 years old and was litterly carved into a mountain) is one of the biggest fluff jobs to a murderous thug anyone can ever imagine. But yet the Saakashvili government has no problem with all that or the ceremonies performed for the patron saint of Gori by his demented worshipers.

fascinating read on Stalin"A sweet-faced 13-year-old, Nato Makashvili, says her history teachers told her that Stalin was good. She was taught that he repressed or killed 20 million people, and also that he was a great leader. Quizzed how a man who killed so many could be good, she replied simply that her teachers told her so, and then lapsed into a puzzled silence."
