Glad to hear Bayh finally did something right, even if for the wrong reasons. The patriot act is a compiliation of the wishlist of the clinton justice department, conveniently repackaged. If you want to change the Constitution, pass an Amendment or declare martial law. Changing it with an unconstitutional law used to be the specialty of the rats. But the pubs have proved to be a quick study in big government boondoggles.
