Well, Jan's hair's not purple in that picture, at least (what the hey, it's Christmas and I'm feeling charitable).

I saw her the other night and her hair looked really different. It seemed shorter, maybe she had it up, and it was gray. I could not believe the difference it made in her. She was actually prettier that night.
