Simple solution.
Destroy Irans ability to produce oil. Well only a little. Then tell them they have 24 hours or the rest of their fields will be turned into glass.

I wonder what the Chinese would say? And maybe the Russians and French. Could be a good way to have them change the way they do things. Like build Irans nuclear capability.
