Has it been confirmed this was done on American citizens? On Fox this morning they were saying it had not yet been confirmed these were American citizens, just that they were phone calls coming in to and going out of the US.

You miss the argument entirely; no is is arguing that because so and so did it...

What is being asked, rightfully so, is that if it is so Constitutionally critical, why didn't all the present critics (traitors) challenge the practice then?

They were then either incompetent or complicit.

So American citizens colluding with foreign terrorists, rogue regimes and other known enemies of our Country get a pass because, well, they're citizens?

Big news item: every American President from Washington to GWB has spied on American citizens in times of war.

Does that make you feel better?
