What's going to change in the next 3 years that's going to allow this? Rats changing their mind? Republicans picking up 10 senate seats in 2006?
Only way this is going to happen soon is with abolishing the filibuster.
Well if the three years are like the current year, the democrats do not even need to win elections.
The GOP needs to call a meeting of all represenatives and explain a few facts to them. Like just where do you expect to get funds from conservatives if you do not do what you are sent to do.
Oops. Maybe I overlooked something. Maybe they are finding funds - from the democrats. That would explain their actions thoroughly. I call for an investigation of all votes of GOP members of Congress.
