Homosexual Agenda Ping.
This fiend should be removed from mother earth. Released to the community? Out patient? Treatment? He needs the treatment of having his body removed.
Freepmail me and DirtyHarryY2K if you want on/off this pinglist.
Note: Nowhere did the article state that this fiend is homosexual or "gay". But he went after male hitch hikers, apparently young ones. Men. Boys. Also notably absent were the sexes of the psychologist and violent sex offender who had an "affair". Men? Women? A man and a woman?
Just curious.

Where are the armed hitchikers when you need them?

He's 63.
Sooner or later he's going to get quite a surprise from an intended "victim."
A friend of mine was locked up once when 16 with a guy who tried to rape him. My friend broke the guy's arm. They took the guy out, patched him up, and put him back in with my friend. The guy tried it again, and my friend broke the guy's other arm. This time they gave him his own cell.

A sexually violent predator with a 20-year history of assaulting male hitchhikers can be released from a mental hospital into the community as long as a treatment plan is in place, a judge ruled Tuesday.

I'd imagine Judge David Gill lives in a nice pleasant neighborhood that Badger would find suitable... I'll chip in some money to help rent a place in the judges neighborhood for this nutcase -- maybe a group home for violent sexual predators? No reason to just give one of 'em a great address. How about four or five of them - some who go after the first graders, some who go after the two year olds. Some who go after teenage boys? Why shouldn't the judge inflict his neighbor's with his "judgement" rather than just the usual working class families?

In July, a different judge rescinded the order when it was learned that one of Badger's psychologists had an affair with another sexually violent predator. APA Research?

... can be released from a mental hospital into the community as long as a treatment plan is in place...the test case in NJ for putting a once violent mental patient back into the community with treatment plan in place eventuated in the man hanging himself within a few months - maybe it'll happen in this case too.....

In July, a different judge rescinded the order when it was learned that one of Badger's psychologists had an affair with another sexually violent predator. I'd say this is unbelievable, but I know a couple of psychologists. They are no doubt some of the most f***** up people I have ever met.

We need to remember the name David Gill when he's up for reelection. I've been following the Badger situation for the better part of this year and this ruling is a fine example of judicial hubris.
I'll add Gill to my "vote the bum out" memory bank with Pat Cowett for ignoring the voters who more than met her last minute super-majority high bar for saving the Mt. Soledad War Memorial. She was just reelected in November 2004 which is probably why she felt safe thumbing her nose at the voters.

Judge Gill might want to make sure his car's running all right and his tires are in good shape - or he might be hitchin' himself one day.
The Law Of What Goes Around Comes Around was written with fools like him in mind.

Or send him to Hollywood, maybe they'll reconsider their anti-punishing crimes stance.
