Exactly. They project their own behavior on others because, to them, after all...it is what they do, and they figure the rest must be like them and are therefore open to accusation...except when they have the reigns.

They never contemplate that there are people of reason, principle, honor, and integrity who are not like them at all. It is such people, of reason, commitment, intergity and honor that have made and maintained this nation and its liberty, with the Hand of Providence to support them.

That is their weakest point to be exploited.

I see the major exception to the, usually reliable, projection rule to be their jealousy when when confronted by a circumstance they didn't anticipate or feel they should have thought of first (since they feel they are the superior, intellectual beings after all).
Their arrogance could be their downfall, but effective exploitation seems to be difficult achieve.
