"Officials" need to pay for their blunders, by losing their jobs, and retirements, and be brought up on charges of criminal neglect. Perhaps if there were consequences for their actions, they might understand why they make the big money as supervisors and managers.....

When's the last time you remember some bureaucrat getting his butt kicked for screwing up?
How in the hell can these types of explosives and detonators NOT be in some sort of guarded, controlled area? Are these people that damn stupid? Hell, even the mining company we work with has their explosive under lock & key, with security camera's and security guards.
The owner (Cherry) needs to be brought under indictment for criminal neglect.
