Freeper angkor posted the law yesterday -- last night actually, and it's saved to my files.
It was pointed out to me that perhaps I was wrong. 50 USC 1802 is a piece of it, but doesn't specifically address "terrorists" so far as anyone can tell.
Apparently there's a classified Executive Order out there, it may make the needed adjustments. Dunno.
