My brother noted that for a lot of people, the church is their family! True words of wisdom!

I completely agree. So does he attend a church that meets on Christmas Day regardless of what day of the week Christmas falls on? As has been discussed ad infinitum Catholics always have mass on Christmas Day while (most if not all) Protestants have Christmas Eve services but no Christmas Day services (if Christmas is on, say, Tuesday). If he or those people whose family is the church don't attend a church that meets on Christmas Day each year regardless of the week then what do they do on Christmas? Just curious. I'll check back tomorrow, gotta hit the hay!

My church asked for families to volunteer to have people come and spend Christmas with them. We volunteered, but no on has asked to spend it with us. I don't know of anyone who doesn't have a place to be.
